Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between the publisher of DécodAO (Valuans SARL) and the Client for analysis services delivered by an artificial intelligence system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Contact: contact@decodao.com.

2. Services and plans

DécodAO offers three published plans plus an Enterprise plan on quote:

• Essential, €199 ex. VAT/month (or €1,990 ex. VAT/year): 10 RFP analyses per month, alignment score, source-level traceability, Gate 0 to Gate 3, pseudonymisation before LLM, PDF export.
• Pro, €449 ex. VAT/month (or €4,490 ex. VAT/year): 30 analyses per month, pre-qualified BOAMP feed, DECP enrichment, bid-rigging signal detection, adaptive mode, multi-format exports, 7-day qualified trial on request.
• Business, €790 ex. VAT/month (or €7,900 ex. VAT/year): 80 analyses per month, API, team dashboard, real-time alerts, webhooks.
• Enterprise, On quote: dedicated sovereign LLM, SecNumCloud infrastructure, isolated hosting, contractual SLA, Customer Success Manager, custom gates and scoring.

Pay-per-analysis pack, 5 analyses for €149 ex. VAT (€29.80 per analysis). Valid for 6 months. Does not include BOAMP feed access.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are ex. VAT; applicable VAT is added. Monthly or annual payment by credit card (Stripe). The annual commitment offers a net saving compared with the monthly rate. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

A 7-day qualified trial is available on the Pro plan, on request (form + manual validation). No automatic conversion to a paid subscription.

4. Commitment and cancellation

Monthly plans have no annual commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Notice: 30 days by email to contact@decodao.com.

5. Data, sovereignty and confidentiality

Storage and pseudonymisation of RFPs run on French sovereign infrastructure, eligible for ANSSI SecNumCloud qualification. The inference step, the call to the language model, may involve a provider established outside the European Union. In that case, standard contractual clauses (SCC) are signed and pseudonymisation (local NER, > 90% of names detected) acts as the de facto safeguard against any leak of identifying data.

Retention durations: raw RFPs purged within 90 days by default, reports retained per the plan. A DPIA is kept available for the CNIL. CNIL breach notification procedure documented to run within 72h.

6. AI Act and service limits

DécodAO is a limited-risk artificial intelligence system within the meaning of the AI Act. It produces neither automated decisions nor executable operational recommendations: it interprets an alignment score and traces its sources. The final decision belongs to the expert (mantra "the agent prepares, the expert decides").

The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.
