Hosting and sovereignty
Storage and pseudonymisation are run on French sovereign infrastructure, eligible for ANSSI SecNumCloud qualification. The inference step (call to the language model) may involve a provider established outside the European Union: in that case, standard contractual clauses (SCC) are signed and local pseudonymisation acts as the de facto safeguard against any leak of identifying data.
Artificial intelligence system
DécodAO is an artificial intelligence system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("AI Act"), classified as limited risk: it produces no automated decision or executable operational recommendation. The agent prepares; the expert decides.
